So, my birth name is Mary Alice, which I found out a couple of years ago when I found my birthmom. The Mary connects me to my legal middle name but the Alice part (as you can see) is my pseudonym on my blog here, and I quickly came to the realization that Alice in Wonderland is quite literally an allegory for my life and all of the characters are representations of family members in my life, birth, adoptive and chosen (by marriage, step and biologically born). So anything Alice in Wonderland holds deep meaning and parallels to me!!!
I spent most of my life chasing/following the White Rabbit. I am working.on finding my way out of Wonderland. My rabbit hole goes very very deep. It is never ending. I need not fall asleep to spiral down it.
